My begining, present, and future

I deleted my video because I think this would probably be better. So I started armwrestling in October of last year, but I didn't start taking it as seriously until about a month and a half ago, which is when my prep for this upcoming tournament started, I have been training with a friend of mine, who is much stronger then me myself, he has helped me understand a lot of the stuff that goes into this sport and has gotten me to a level where I can start making adjustments myself. When I started this prep, I had an: 66.5lb pronation 65lb posting back pressure 60lb dragging back pressure 70lbs of side pressure 55lbs of rising 70lbs cup 40lbs containment Grip training Thumb training And. A bunch of bicep related work that would make this really long. I have changed some stuff that I did in the beginning of my prep, one of them was the riser belt getting really short and allows no cheating, and the other is with my back pressure, but I will try to get the numbers about where it would be if I had stuck with them For consistency. 72lbs of pronation (I could have done more but I had a lot of stuff to get to) 80lbs posting back pressure 75lbs dragging 80lbs of side pressure 45lbs container 75lbs cup 60lbs rise And, a bunch of what I said at the top. I am happy with my results, I have made great progress on the table and how I move, and I would argue that in in this last month and a half, I have improved nore then I have in the last 10 months. Hopefully val goes well, I am about to start a water load to reach weight, and I will show how I did in the near future, August 29th 2026
